After 21 years in the banking industry, Dawn Jones, left her management position at Everett Mutual Bank to form IRE Capital, Inc. At Everett Mutual, along with managing deposit branches throughout their system, Dawn specialized in providing permanent and construction debt for income-producing properties and establishing builder relationships for single-family development and spec portfolio loans. To this day, Dawn has maintained a loyal client base from her days at Everett Mutual.

Dan Jones joined the IRE Capital team 3 years ago. Dan brings his experience from retail and direct sales management, as well as marketing and customer service operations. His background in customer service and management provides the company with the ability to reach out to clients and guarantee that they are satisfied with our services.

Aimee Schulke also comes from Everett Mutual Bank. She worked in bank administration and real estate lending departments. Her responsibilities included coordinating and reporting HMDA/CRA information to the proper government agencies and processing and closing real estate loans. She also held several branch and deposit positions. Aimee has an exceptional ability to form synergistic alliances with clients.

Derek Jones has been working as a loan processor for IRE Capital since its inception. He is a recent graduate of the University of Washington with a Bachelors of the Arts in Environmental Studies and has extensive experience and knowledge in overcoming environmental issues. Derek has the ability to quickly and thoroughly analyze deals and develop creative solutions to common problems.
